Parents, did you know it's recommended for you to supervise your child's toothbrushing & flossing at least until the age of 8? You can make a difference in their oral health today, which is linked to their overall health.

Parents as you help your 1st grader track 30-days of brushing & flossing, here are some helpful resources for you to ensure they get started on the right track. Check out our tooth brushing and flossing tips to help your child form lifelong oral health habits.

"Good habits formed at youth make all the difference," Aristotle said. Your oral health is connected to your overall health, so maintaining good oral health habits throughout a lifetime matters. Here are some tips for parents to help your child form healthy habits.
TRACK-IT! SHEETS
It can be motivating for your 1st grader to track progress on brushing & flossing. Using a Track-It! sheet to do this can help. For each day that your child brushes twice for at least 2 minutes and flosses, have them color in a tooth on the Track-It! sheet.
BRUSH-IT! VIDEO
